What the service is

bestcashback.fyi estimates which combination of credit cards would earn you the most, given the spending, card choices and perk values you enter. It is a calculator built on published card terms. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and we are not a licensed adviser, broker or lender. Whether to apply for, keep or cancel any card is your decision.

About the numbers

• Card rates, fees and credits come from issuers' published terms and each carries the date we last checked it. Issuers change terms without notice; a number can be out of date before we see it. Check the issuer's own page before acting.
• Some rewards depend on things we do not model (for example, tiers tied to bank deposits or bonuses paid only through one payment method). Where that is so, we use the lower, always-available rate and say so.
• The value of points, and of every perk, is the number you give us. The result is only as good as those inputs.
• We do not promise any particular result, saving, approval or availability.

Accounts

• You may use the site without an account. An account lets you save sheets.
• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself. A username account with no email on file cannot recover a forgotten password; you can add an email at any time from the account menu.
• You must be 18 or older.
• You may delete your account at any time from the account menu.

Free, Pro and Premium

• Free: the whole worksheet and how much better the best combination would be, with one saved sheet.
• Pro: a one-time purchase. Shows which cards make up the best combination, which card to use for each category, and lets you save up to twenty sheets. It does not renew. It is tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
• Premium: a yearly subscription, available only with Pro. We re-run your saved sheets when our card data changes and email you if a better combination appears. It renews each year until you cancel. Cancelling keeps it active until the end of the period you have paid for. It requires an email address on your account.
• Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Their terms apply to the transaction. Prices shown include or exclude tax as they display it. Prices for new purchases may change; a change never affects a Pro purchase you already made.
• Refunds: [REFUND POLICY — e.g. within 14 days of purchase, on request to the contact address].
• If we ever shut the service down, Pro holders will be given notice and [SHUTDOWN COMMITMENT — e.g. a pro-rated refund of any Premium period not used].

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass the paywall, rate limits or other people's accounts.
• Do not scrape, bulk-query or resell the service. The card data we compile is ours; the data you enter is yours.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from relying on its results, including annual fees paid, rewards not earned, credit decisions, or issuer terms that differ from what we show. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do, and continued use after a change is acceptance of it. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
